Be aware that most young athletes will need a parent/trainer to be present during the training sessions as they will need guidance to understand the workouts and to do them correctly.
For the Advanced Program on average, athletes will train 10-12 sessions per week. This includes going to the track during the evening. The volume of sessions will average about 2 per day with one day of rest per week.
Before signing up, be sure that parents/trainers and athletes are fully aware of the time commitment that TTP will require. It is important to have already worked out a sustainable schedule to allow continued success both professionally and academically before beginning with TTP.
